Great day today from the students! Started Romeo and Juliet with Kim and absolutely flew through building an understanding of main characters and including the dramatic irony of the friar in his provision of poison to Romeo and Juliet.
Our GCSE maths provision is flying along with students exploring angles in a triangle and a couple moving on to the higher concepts of Pythagoras theorem.
Oh - and one students also made a loaf of bread for everyone to have a piece...as you do during a school day.
Nothing more to say than 'wow'! Absolutely love seeing how engaged the young people are with the provision we offer at Horizons and helping them build to GCSE success.
