Hello, I’m Lisa, a Careers Adviser from Career Connect. My role in school is to support students as they think about their next steps for the future, whether that is college, sixth form, apprenticeships, training, employment, or another pathway.

I work with students to help them understand their options, recognise their strengths, build confidence, and make informed decisions about what they would like to do next.

I can help with:

 Exploring career ideas and future goals

 Understanding education, training, and apprenticeship routes

 Preparing for applications, interviews, and CVs

 Finding reliable careers information and advice

 Feeling more confident about making choices
